Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to everyone who uses 3C Nexus — the businesses that have a workspace ("customers") and the people they add as users. By using the platform you agree to them.
The service
3C Nexus provides an omnichannel inbox for Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp and a browser-based call center, in a separate workspace for each customer. What a workspace can use depends on the modules and the number of seats agreed with that customer.
Accounts
- A customer's administrators create its users and decide what each of them may do
- Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account
- A workspace may have as many users as the seats agreed; deactivating a user frees a seat
Your responsibilities
- Follow the rules of the channels you connect, including Meta's Platform Terms and WhatsApp's Business policies
- Message people only where you are allowed to, and never send spam
- Tell callers that calls are recorded, and obtain any consent your law requires
- Use the platform lawfully and in line with the /p/acceptable-use policy
Your data
What you put into your workspace stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as the /p/privacy policy describes. Reports cover the last three months; older records, up to six months, can be provided on request from our archive (see /p/data-retention).
Third-party services
Messaging depends on Meta, and calling on telephone networks and providers. Their availability, rules and changes are outside our control, and a change on their side may change what the platform can do.
Availability and changes
We work to keep 3C Nexus available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may improve or change features; where a change removes something you rely on, we will tell you in advance where we can.
Fees
Fees, seats and modules are as agreed with each customer. If fees go unpaid, we may suspend the workspace after giving notice.
Suspension and ending
We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, puts the platform or other people at risk, or is used unlawfully. A customer may stop using the service at any time; on request, we provide its data in line with the /p/data-retention policy before deleting it.
Liability
The platform is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will publish the new version here with a new date. Using the platform after a change means accepting it.
