Data Deletion Instructions
How to have the data 3C Nexus holds about you deleted. 3C Nexus is used by businesses ("customers") to answer their Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp messages and their calls; what we hold, and why, is in /p/privacy.
If you connected a Page, an Instagram account or a WhatsApp number
- In 3C Nexus, open Settings → Channels and delete the Page, account or number. We stop receiving its data at once.
- In Meta, remove 3C Nexus's access: on Facebook, Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, choose 3C Nexus and remove it; for a business portfolio, Business Settings → Integrations → Connected apps. The access token we held stops working.
- To have the data deleted as well — the messages, comments, attachments, contacts and access tokens that came through it — write to mdasad.sheikh.diu@gmail.com from the email address on your 3C Nexus account, saying which workspace and which Page, account or number. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.
If you signed in with Facebook to connect a business
We keep your name, Meta user ID, profile picture, email address and access token only to keep that business's assets connected. Remove 3C Nexus in your Facebook Business integrations as above, and write to us to have these details deleted.
If you messaged, commented on or called a business that uses 3C Nexus
The business you contacted decides what happens to that conversation, so please ask that business first. You can also write to mdasad.sheikh.diu@gmail.com with your name and the business you contacted — with your Facebook or Instagram name, or your WhatsApp number — and we will help the business delete it.
What we delete, and what we keep
We delete the personal data in question from the platform and from our archive. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires, and nothing else.
