What we use
- A sign-in cookie for workspace users, which keeps you signed in for up to 12 hours
- A separate sign-in cookie for platform administrators, valid for up to 4 hours
- Your preferences — light or dark theme, a collapsed sidebar, panel widths, auto-answer — kept in your browser's own storage
These are needed for the platform to work, so they are set without asking. They are not used to track you and are not shared with anyone.
What we do not use
No advertising cookies, no analytics or tracking cookies, and no social network cookies on our pages.
Third parties
Pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. When you connect a Facebook page or a WhatsApp number, you sign in on Meta's own site, under Meta's cookie policy.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser's settings. Without the sign-in cookie you will not stay signed in.
