Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data 3C Nexus ("we", "us") handles, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website and the 3C Nexus platform at 3c-nexus.com and its workspace addresses.

Who is responsible for what

A business that uses 3C Nexus (a "customer") decides whose data goes into its workspace and why — the conversations and calls with its own customers. For that data the customer is responsible, and we process it on the customer's behalf and on its instructions. For the accounts of the people who use the platform, and for this website, we are responsible.

What we collect

  • Account details: the name, username, email address, role and phone extension of each user, their sign-in times and their break status
  • Conversations: the messages, comments, attachments, names and profile pictures that arrive through the Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp accounts a customer connects
  • Calls: the numbers that call and are called, times and durations, the group a call came in on, the agent who answered, call recordings, and what the agent wrote on the call form
  • Connections: the access tokens Meta issues when a customer connects a page or a WhatsApp number, used only to send and receive that customer's messages
  • Technical data: IP addresses and request details in our server logs, kept for security and troubleshooting

How we use it

  • To run the service: deliver messages and calls to the right people, show reports, and keep every workspace working
  • To keep it secure: sign people in, prevent abuse and investigate problems
  • To give support when a customer asks for it

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising. We do not look at a customer's conversations or recordings, except when that customer asks us to or the law requires it.

Call recordings

Every answered call handled through the call center is recorded. The customer is responsible for telling callers that calls are recorded, and for any consent its local law requires.

Where it is kept and who can see it

Data is stored on our servers, and each workspace has its own separate database. Inside a workspace, what a user can see depends on the role and permissions its administrators give them. To deliver messages we exchange data with Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp), under Meta's own terms. Pages of this site load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, which sees the visitor's IP address.

How long we keep it

Reports in the platform cover the last three months. On request, records up to six months old can be provided from our archive. The /p/data-retention page has the details.

Security

Connections to the platform are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, never in readable form. Sessions expire, and access inside a workspace follows each user's role. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects your data, we will tell the affected customers without undue delay.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your personal data, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted. If your data is in a customer's workspace — for example, you messaged or called a business that uses 3C Nexus — please contact that business first; we will help it answer you. To reach us, write to mdasad.sheikh.diu@gmail.com.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the platform needs to work. See the /p/cookies page.

Children

3C Nexus is a tool for businesses and is not meant for children.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we publish the new version here with a new date.
